1. Adopt two center holes for positioning and clamping
In general, the important outer circle surface is used as the rough reference positioning, machining the center hole, and then the center hole at both ends of the shaft is used as the positioning precision reference; As far as possible to achieve unified benchmark, benchmark overlap, mutual benchmark, and achieve a single installation processing of multiple surfaces. Center hole is the workpiece processing unified positioning benchmark and inspection benchmark, its own quality is very important, its preparation is relatively complex, often to support the journal positioning, car (drill) center cone hole; To the center hole positioning, fine car outside the circle; External circular positioning, coarse grinding taper hole; Center hole positioning, fine grinding outer circle; Finally, the cylindrical positioning of the supporting journal, fine grinding (scraping or grinding) taper hole, so that the accuracy of the taper hole to meet the requirements.
2, with the outer circular surface positioning clamping
For hollow or short shafts where center hole positioning is not possible, the outer circular surface of the shaft can be used to position, clamp and transfer torque. General use of three-jaw chuck, four-jaw chuck and other general fixture, or a variety of high-precision automatic centering special fixture, such as liquid plastic thin-wall centering fixture, diaphragm chuck and so on.
3, with a variety of plug or pull rod spindle positioning clamping
When machining the outer circular surface of hollow shaft, various plugs or pull rod mandrel with central holes are commonly used to install the workpiece. Plug is often used for small conical holes; Pull rod mandrel with plug is often used for large cone holes.
